Background
Theresa has been in mortgage banking for 15 years. She has worked in nearly all aspects of mortgage banking, from receptionist to office manager. Her goal is to provide superior customer service while helping you realize your personal and financial goals. Theresa enjoys working with first time home-buyers, helping them navigate their way through the mortgage financing process. She is a member of my local Association of REALTORS and has an Associates Degree in Financial Services.

What she finds most rewarding:
"What I find most rewarding is getting to be a part of peoples’ dreams. Owning a home is much more than a purchase; it has deep emotional implications. I have had more than one new home owner cry when they get their keys. It's an honor to be a part of that."

"I love all the technology! I can help my agents and buyers better visualize the loan process and streamline the steps. I also like that we are reducing the amount of paper wasted in the loan process."

On helping her clients be successful:
"EDUCATION!!! I have no problem with borrowers who ask a million questions. Everyone should be able to learn as much as they can about their home purchase. I believe in complete transparency in everything I do for my clients."

On what has inspired her:
"I have had many mentors over my career; some managers, some co-workers, and some industry partners. I want to learn and grow in my profession so those who add to my knowledge inspire my passion!"

On her priorities:
"My highest priority is dealing with things - I can't let a problem sit. No matter the issue, I am compelled to deal with it head on so that I can move on."

How she spends her free time:
"Ride my bike, watch fast cars, and try to keep up with my son."
